The truck I returned on time was not checked back in I received a call asking when I would return it after I had already returned it. I have also been charged $80.04 more than what I was supposed to be charged They charged my card for $156 and $80 Ridiculous When I called the lady just kept saying I need to take it up with my bank but you guys uhaul are the ones that overcharged me

Sahara L.I'm leaving 0.5 miles from C74 store location I booked a 15' truck but Uhaul sent to a different location about 18 miles from my house this truck I have to pay for miles plus gasoline around $6 per gallon so I have to drop down a 10' truck make my moving harder BAD service company if C74 location don't carry the truck all sizes close this location! Don't do service like this Fuck up customers

When I turned in the truck, I was still charged for the amount on the contract instead of the adjusted amount. This same thing happened to my daughter the last time I rented a van for her. She was charged twice and the fuel amount was more than the contract stated. The vehicle was empty and she needed to fuel it up to use it.

Owner C74 will hear from us already had to involve District Manager to remove "red flag" do not rent she put in place on me since I didnt go to C74 at 8.30 to extend uhaul ...Two thumbs down!!!!

bernie W.My uhaul was pushed back from 7:00 am pickup to 10:45 am. I lost some help that I had moving because I was informed of the schedule change the day prior to my move by uhaul. The website should not have the option to reserve a uhaul for a time that they will not have said uhaul at the location. Furthermore, I was not notified of an address change to pickup the uhaul. I reserved the uhaul in Lake Elsinore and when I went to pick up the truck, was told that it was at a uhaul in Perris, CA. Fortunately I was upgraded to a bigger uhaul for my trouble and was able to pick it up at the location I reserved it at thanks to Maisie. Good grief.

Deborah N.The truck had no gas in it. So the employee had to go to the gas station, fill up the two gallon gas can, then come back and fill it up. It cost me an extra 45 minutes in in labor cost. Not to mention, I had to return it to the same location which was an extra 20 miles when a UHaul was two miles from my destination point. I spent $50 in gas which didn't even get it midway in the red. So after my first round trip of 40 miles, I had to spend another $100 to get it half way point. So not to happy I only get $30 back for gas refund. The air conditioning would turn on and off by itself, the lights in the back cab stopped working, and the middle seat would not go down. Worst UHaul experience but at least the employees were nice.
