The combination was incorrect. We tried to call for assistance and there was no help. The uhaul traffic control came and they were able to figure out that this location had typed the combination code into the app wrong. After our original 1:30 reservation didn’t get our truck back and we drove here, in addition to the issue with the lock, we didn’t leave with our truck until about 3:30.
