The uhaul I rented wasn't full of gas like it was supposed to be. I didn't sign ANY contract stating I had to take the truck back to where I got it. So I had to drive 45 minutes away to return the truck. When I could of returned it a mile away from my new home. Very disappointed with my service!!!!

Gregory GI will never use uhual again. I placed my order a month ago with them at a specific location due to convenience at work. They call me the day before telling me they are unable to fulfill my order at the desired location. I told them due to time restraints I may not get there before they close. Again not my fault uhual only gave me a days advance that hey we effed up and can’t get this order. Almost did not get my truck because I got caught up at work and had to travel an extra 30 miles to pick it up. Will not use uhual again and will never recommend it to someone else. Do not want to hear excuses for not fulfilling customer promises either
James MThe self check in and check out process was a bit more cumbersome than we expected. Though we understand the need for verifications, it took a bit of time to take all the pictures that were required and wait for them to be accepted. Just make sure you have a good cell signal or internet connection when you get there.

David HI live in Washington Pennsylvania, had to drive 1 hour out of my way to pick up a car dolly that should of been delivered to the Washington Route 19 location . Advised night before where dolly was to be picked up the next day. Next time I will be towing a Penske. Employees at the pick up location were exceptional (only good experience)
Paula FWe were told that if we did not use the six days allotted for the move, we would be reimbursed for the days not used. It turns out that is supposedly only on local moves. It would have nice to have known this ahead of time.
