The owner kept making me step side when customers entered the store. He was in the middle of checking my truck in and would stop to check out customers. After the fifth time I became frustrated and said I’m only stepping aside this last time. He proceeded to tell me that Uhaul is his side business and the other customers were more important. Also I tried to tell him that the left rear tire had a slow leak and I had to put air in it several times. He said that wasn’t his problem. I will never pick up or drop off at a location other than an official Uhaul store

Representative was a jerk. Real snobby and aggravated he had to serve me.
Wiley KNo problems, great service!
Doug DToo far out from my home. U-haul gave me a discount to drop off the trailer in Cartersville GA. Picked the location on Hwy 411 in Cartersville to drop off. I took the trailer there and was told to go back to Calhoun GA or there would be additional charges. The UHaul web site is not accurate.
Richard LAlthough the lady was extremely helpful, the location had NO cellphone coverage so trying to validate your pickup was a nightmare.
Vikesh PNothing was ready for me when I arrived. The truck was parked up on a curb out by the street. The car carrier was on the other side of the parking lot with a half flat tire and screw sticking out of it. The reservoir where brake fluid should go was bone dry. Carrier ratchet (for the tire straps) was also rusty and hard to maneuver. Straps came loose multiple times during the trip. I usually check them and tighten on fuel stops but this time I had to pull over multiple times due to straps coming completely off. I mentioned all of this to the people where I dropped it off, they didn't seem concerned. I spoke with one of the owners at Cagle's the night before picking up the equipment and they told me everything would be ready, that was a lie. They claimed I hadn't payed yet even though I had already payed (almost $900) and filled out all of my paperwork online. I was there at 8am to pick up my equipment, didn't get out of there until almost 11am. Spent a lot of time trying to communicate with Cagle's employee which had zero knowledge about anything uhaul related and wanted me to take the carrier with a half flat tire. She was on phone with the local uhaul rep that actually tried to make me go somewhere else (because of the flat tire on the car carrier) to find different equipment. Had to wait almost an hour for a new tire. The whole ordeal put me way behind my schedule and had my family and I loading the truck into the night hours when it was in the high 20s/low 30s outside. Ended up getting to our destination far beyond schedule as well. We move a lot and have used several rental truck companies. I usually prefer uhaul but this time around has left a terrible stain upon the uhaul name. On a side note, when I was trying to figure out the tire situation, I spoke with a lady named Erica (Dec. 2nd) from uhaul on the phone. She was very helpful and was actually the one that got someone to come change the tire. I really do appreciate her help and she should be commended for doing a good job.
Travis GMy issue was not with staff or location, it was that your system would not take my Visa credit card. Took me almost 2 hours for pick up. I ended up having to pay cash just to get my truck.
CARLA SBetter training is needed to be given to franchise locations it took this location two hours to write up a contract due to the fact that their Internet and lack of knowledge on how to fill out a contract also this location made me hook up the trailerMyself and then just came and snap a picture of it
