I had an appointment at 8am and the U-Haul renter didn’t show up until 8:40am. Once there the printer wasn’t working so I ended up leaving with the rental around 9:05. It was really ridiculous the amount of time I spent just waiting and the renters didn’t even seem to care that they were late. Very unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend this location. The u haul truck it self was great.

Mark NEverything was fine. The 15’ truck I rented had pretty sloppy steering though. It tends to wander a little. Steering needs constant attention in order to stay centered in a lane, especially when going over bumps.
