Got to the place at 10 o’clock to pick the U-Haul up that I paid for and did not get out of there until 12 o’clock. I was the first person there in line. It is absolutely disgusting how long I had to wait to pay it wasn’t the woman’s fault there she was wonderful but they need to do something with their system. It only took me an hour to move brought it back and I ended up getting the bill the next day then another another bill the following day clearly there’s something wrong with your system and you need to get it updated
