1st…. I booked a fridge dolly and a furniture dolly I found out 2 days before that fridge dolly was not available. Took me 4 hours and countless calls to U-Haul to find one. One of the agents told me he had 5 callers in his queue and didn’t have time to help me find one. I had short set of stairs at each location so really needed one . Finally found one at huge extra cost to me. Then, I pick up the truck and no furniture dolly. Many pieces of fur utter were damage being pushed and pulled down the hallways. Hall floor in new building was scratched, costing me over $500 to repair Truck had no air conditioning and I have severe asthma and it was a hot day. Did not make me happy at all. The location was great and very pleasant to deal with

Jon BGot to the place at 10 o’clock to pick the U-Haul up that I paid for and did not get out of there until 12 o’clock. I was the first person there in line. It is absolutely disgusting how long I had to wait to pay it wasn’t the woman’s fault there she was wonderful but they need to do something with their system. It only took me an hour to move brought it back and I ended up getting the bill the next day then another another bill the following day clearly there’s something wrong with your system and you need to get it updated
