Truck needs to be clean inside and driving area and truck bay. When I returned I maid sure I clean both areas. Aso front passenger and driver area smell of cigarette.

James TThe location is a container made into an office. It it located in the middle of nowhere. Not even a street. It took me 30 minutes to get the code to the key. Then another 30 minutes to return the vehicle. Worst experience ever!!!!

william bThe personnel were very helpful and knowledgeable about the drop off procedure and they were open later than the other Uhaul location in town. The business is located down a dirt road, so if it is raining or snowing it would be messy.

PENNY BSadly, at this location, it was very dirty and not well maintaned. I walked into the office to return and check in our U-Haul trailer. The staff was very friendly but the building was in horrendous shape. It was a small office in which they were smoking, food everywhere and crushed into the ground. I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews but I am truly disappointed with the customer experience at this location.

Constance CSo I’m being charged $188 for not going back to that place. I have never been told I would be charged a fee for not returning to the same place. Due to circumstances I dropped off at the closest uhaul. I had to walk home. I was not going back to umbrella road side. This is unreasonable.
