Location was suspicious to begin with, as it was tucked in the back of a poorly maintained trailer park. Multiple people were seen going in and out of the “office”, which was really a run-down trailer. This trailer smelled horribly of drugs, alcohol, and other substances. I would never recommend this location to another person unless I had some sort of negative feelings towards them. As a young female I felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe standing in the doorway of this office. Again, I would not enter due to the miscellaneous aromas and the fear that something may happen to me while being surrounded by so many sketchy individuals. To add to this, we had to go to this location twice, as the trailer was not ready for pickup at the scheduled time. I was given no warning or heads up as to what had happened. I was only told that this “guy” was going to be late and were asked to come back at a later time. Finally, I was supposed to pick up the trailer at my requested location at 9:00 AM and upon arrival I was told that they did not have my reservation. The representative of this location called your company and you informed us that my pickup location had changed. I did not receive and email, call, or text notifying me that the pickup location had changed. I had to drive 30 minutes to the other location to pick up the trailer, where upon arrival it was not available. I am so disappointed with every part of this experience and would not recommend UHaul services to anyone in the future.

Smooth and easy transaction

AMY BThe original pick up location was not open when my reservation time was. There was no answer at the location. I called their number and got a call center and was told to wait. After 40 min I was not going to wait longer. The call center staff did not hesitate to help me change my pick up location and my information was there when I got there. I think that’s pretty impressive as the location was 3 minutes away.
