In addition to U-Haul rentals, they offer UPS, FedEx, USPS shipping services, private P.O. Boxes, packaging supplies, printing services, and more. CLINTON CWell, first of all the prices. I rented for 5 hours, and I returned like 2 and a half hours before but still paid the full price, it’s so expensive just for two and a half hours I ended up paying $120 plus 35 gasoline. the 29.90 or 19.99 it’s a scam.

JUSTIN HEverything was well identified, and there was real parking spaces to leave the truck at. The parking lot was well lit with cameras, so we didn’t worry about leaving the truck prior to our return date/ time.

Kim MI went to another Uhaul facility and waited in a long line just to be told they don't have the size I needed available. The guy searched around for me and found one and made the reservation for me. When I arrived at C & B there was no lines and was helped right away. Orlando was very helpful and picking up the rental went smoothly. I will consider renting from here in the future.

MATTHEW FClean vehicle. Quick service. The only problem was that he felt the truck got around 14 mpg. I drove 21 miles. I expected to pay for two gallons of gas at the most. I ended up paying $33+ additional for the gas. Evidently the truck uses approximately 5 mpg. BIG DIFFERENCE.

DANAIE MGreat experience renting a U-Haul truck. The pickup and return process was smooth, the truck was clean and ran well, and everything went exactly as expected. Staff was helpful and the overall process was quick and easy. Would definitely rent again.
ORLANDO SI was very upset at the fact that i made a reservation from a certain uhaul location really close to my house. I chose to do self pick up at 930pm. Then you guys changed my location to a different one, when i arrived at my pick up time i was notified on the app that the location i was sent to does not do self pick up. I couldnt wait till next day because i needed the uhaul at 5am next day and most places open at 730/8am. I went to 2 other locations nearby and was told they couldn't process till morning. I had to go online and make a new reservation in a completely different city cause it was the only location nearby that offered self pick up. I ended up getting it closer to 11pm and had to add more miles than i origanally had planned and obviously pay more because of that. I don't understand why my reservation was moved to a place that didn't offer self pick up when that's what i had chosen. Instead of paying $274, i ended up paying close to $300 and of course more gas. Big disappointment.
Valerie HI was very happy with my experience at this location. They had the truck size I needed and I was able to pick it up right away. Highly recommended this location. Very friendly and explained everything in detail up front so there were no surprises with tge final invoice.
