Would have rated this experience better if the app had worked as stated. I spent 20 minutes signing in to different browsers because the app wouldn't take/keep the pictures it was requesting. Fix the app and lower your per mile price and it's amazingDevin M.

Issues with Uhaul continued on the Kansas end at the storage facility. Broken doors, questionable maintenance, and access improperly set up initially. After this overall experience I will never trust the competence of this company again.Michelle H.

This was not the intended pick up location and I was never notified by text or email of the change. You can say the system says so, but it ain't so.albert N.
The computer system was outdated and the owner didn't know how to use it. The whole experience was terrible. We were supposed to get a 20' truck from Ottawa and it wasn't there. The person at R&H didn't know where it was. We then had to call uhaul ourselves to find out where we could get a truck. I was on hold for a very long time. We then had to travel one hour north of Ottawa to get two 10 ' trucks. When we arrived they had "closed early" when they should have been open. The system wouldnt work to give me the second 10' truck, tried to chatge me $100 for it and they still charged me $4.15 for some reason! I am so disappointed and upset with uhaul. We did not get the second truck. So we had to use a truck that was HALF the size of the one i was told we would get and charged the same amount. Over $150 for a 10' truck that was HALF THE SIZE WE RESERVED.Ralph P.

The only negative aspect was the windshield wiper blades were torn and did not work properly in rain. Otherwise, the truck was clean and drove well. Tires need balanced and front end aligned.Jim A.

I requested to pick up the equipment at one of the 4 locations in Leavenworth KS. Instead we had to drive 40 minutes to Tonganoxie.Patricia F.
The location is a dirty machine shop with hoards lining the walls. The front "office" also had the door wide open with wasps flying in and out.Audrey S.

It seemed as if the guy tried to get over on me. He tried to make me pay double amount that was on reservation he couldn't tell me why. When I began to call customer service he quoted me a cheaper price. I had a different drop off location close to my home he changed the drop off back to his location and told me the cost would be more for one way rental. That doesn't make sense. There were no changes in reservation from when I reserved it and when I went to pick the truck up. So why would his system have a totally different price for me to pay, double price at that. I've rented uhauls before and never experienced anything like this.Lavicia H.

The trailer was fine but being informed at the last minute that I had to drive 30 miles out of my way to pick the trailer up at a different location than I had requested on my reservation was highly irritating. I will not do business with Uhaul again.Martin T.

I made my reservation by phone with uhaul customer service. I wanted the dolly for $7 a day, the customer service person said that this location only had appliance Dolly's available. So he said you can use the appliance dolly for $7 a day. I was charged $20 a day instead. The guy who worked at the uhaul location, did not do a walk through of the vehicle, didn't verify gas or mileage. I have rented from uhaul several times before and they have always done this. I had to cut rope out of the inside of the back of the truck, which was left over from the last mover that used this truck. Then we never spoke about insurance and he charged me $28 at checkout for the insurance which I never wanted. The whole experience was horrible. And from now on I will use budget.Matt C.

Not a thing. I arrived at this location and the phone lines were down. AT&T was outside working on the problem. Apparently it's been a few days since they had a working phone line. They can't conduct any business without that luxury. Well after hearing that my car was broke down in the middle of a field and no other uhaul could help me out. The old man that has kept his doors open for 40 plus years reached out to the field manager Jeremy. Jeremy took the time out of his day to pull over off the highway and do the transaction over the phone with me.you guys should be proud of not only the two amazing staff members but the fact that uhaul as a company is lucky enough to be privileged enough to store the trucks at such a cool shop. I'm a younger guy and Walking into his shop gave me a taste of what America used to be like. Just a few old men in an old garage working their tail off and having a blast doing so. He gave me a little idea of how things used to be before large corporations and out of towners came to these small towns and took those dreams away from the people who worked so hard for everything they had... seriously uhaul you have something special at that location and I'm challenging you to show your respect to one of the last remaining good ol family ran business our country hasDrew G.

I was told when i called it was $29.95 but was charged $39.95 on the paperwork. The mileage is correct but was also charged $14.00 and nit sure what that extra charge was for. Truck was ck2ean and ready when I got there though so was good.Scott K.

But they did charge 45 dollars for a safemove policy that I didn't ask for and was not told that I was being charged for that until after I had already paid.
