I had originally place the reservation at a different location and then I was asked to move to this location with a discount. And I asked if it was at the same time and they said yes. But then I received a phone call from the new location stating they didn’t open until later. And I was told if I moved reservation locations that I would receive a $50 discount as well as 49 cents per mile but that was not applied to our total. This had nothing to do with C & R that is why I gave the rating I did for them. C & R was very professional and accommodating. His store was extremely clean and organized. And the process we completed with them was excellent. I just had the issues I stated above with U-Haul itself, not C & R.

I fills the gas up to exactly where it was when I picked the truck up. I was still charge a fuel fee when retuning
