It's at a liquor store and the clerk didn't know the password to get into the UHAUL system. It took over 30 minutes to get checked out. And when we returned the truck, a different clerk was clueless and had to call her manager. This was not the location that we called to make the reservation so was very disappointed in with the entire experience.

Wallace HI had originally place the reservation at a different location and then I was asked to move to this location with a discount. And I asked if it was at the same time and they said yes. But then I received a phone call from the new location stating they didn’t open until later. And I was told if I moved reservation locations that I would receive a $50 discount as well as 49 cents per mile but that was not applied to our total. This had nothing to do with C & R that is why I gave the rating I did for them. C & R was very professional and accommodating. His store was extremely clean and organized. And the process we completed with them was excellent. I just had the issues I stated above with U-Haul itself, not C & R.
