The representative had no idea how to proceed my rental. The truck was not very clean, there was used women’s underwear in the back. Plus, U-Haul had me pickup the truck on the other side of town when I made the reservation about 3 miles from my house. I’ve rented from U-Haul many times this time was a cluster F.

Javon PWhen I arrived the lady couldn't even get the keys out the lock box she wasnt trained long enough then I had to wait 20 minutes for a hirer up to come out and she had no good customer service it took me 1 hour and 15 minutes to get my truck which delayed my moving plans it was a really big convenience
