This location for pickup and drop off feels highly unsafe. Pickup was done in the convenience store, and drop off in the vape shop next door. Both experiences were unsafe for me, with unhoused and unsafe individuals approaching me both in and out of the stores. 100% would not feel safe coming back here and truthfully makes me want to choose another rental company over U-Haul in the future. The guest service agent helping us with the drop off is also brand new and unfortunately chose to serve customers in between phone calls with her boss to assist us with the drop off… This extended our drop off exponentially and made us feel very insecure about the process, and I’m still unsure if I was charged correctly or not… U-Haul should be training their employees a bit further than allowing someone who has never done this process before to accept such large charges.
