At first we started with a nightmare being from Langley BC , and having to pick up a truck in Kamloops to drive back to Langley then back kamloops. Our initial truck, we were told, literally 12 hours before we were to move, is in Rock Creek BC. We were told to just “Go get the truck” which would be a 10 hour drive. It was a real nightmare. Even though our move was not easy, or convenient in the slightest way, due to our circumstances, uhaul discounted us in our truck for at least the extra 4 hours we had to drive to get the truck. Will not use uhaul if possible in the future.
Anastasia TI was charged an additional $1550 after drop off. When we picked up the truck, they recorded the wrong kms and didn’t take a picture of the odometer. A representative said it will be hard to prove this is their error in an appeal, claiming we might have taken a detour. Their error and lack of attention to detail cost me $1550.
Amy DVan ran fine but the back had not been cleaned from previous moves plastic , ties straps and dirt, I personally would not use your online pickup and checking as it wasted a half an hour figuring it out picking it up and 20 minutes coming back , Van was parked in a mud hole that lot needs some gravel put down had to walk through mud to take pictures and get in and out , not very professional I would say , next time I either pick one up from an agent or rent from Budget as it is much easier

Jason B2.5 hours from my home to go pick up! Drive 30 seconds and had a flat tire on the trailer!?!! Total mess when booked was told the trailer was at a different location IN Kelowna than the truck rental. No problem!! Only 15 min away. Not 2.5 hours away!!
Corinne SOMG, where do I start? My reservation was not 24/7 because this stupid place was supposed to be open at noon on a Friday. They decided to close for a week of holiday, and I was never notified. It took an hour and a half to get Uhaul to fix my reservation so I could actually do the 24/7 pickup, and boy, is that a real hassle. THEN, after I get the truck home, we realize there are NO dolly or furniture covers that I paid for. Once again I had to call and get those removed from my account, and since none of those idiots there are open, I couldn't even drive back to get them. NEVER NEVER will I use Uhaul again. We also had to clean the truck inside because it was filthy.
Peter PI would say absolutely nothing could improve my experience. The gentleman that served me was kind and professional. He wasn't even supposed to be there that day. I garuntee that next time I need a uhaul, I will use this location. I hope the gentleman that served me reads this and knows he did a great job.

Lorrie SActually have a van for me when I show up. Booked a van 5 minutes from home, they called the day before and said the van was in another town. No biggie, drove and hour to pick it up and it wasn't there! Was told there was nothing they could do. Ended up drive over 1.5 hrs to another town to get it. Worst experience ever. I will do my best to never use u-hual again. And in the end got charged for extra miles..

Harwinder BWasn’t impressed we showed up thinking store was open. To find out location is closed and had no email to figure out how to pick up truck. So unfortunately we had to sit in the phone for 32 mins to find out they had to send us an email and follow the steps which took us an hour . So we were behind schedule to load truck with our storage belongings in the dark. We weren’t pleased what so ever

Mike KThe fuel was too low to start moving the fuel was below 1/4, I had to drive quite a distance to fuel up before I could begin loading and moving. You guys charge over $2 a liter if someone brings it back with less fuel so you should fill it for the next customer. This started my very stressful day off on the wrong foot

KRM CHandy location. There were some lights in the drop off area but on a short timer so basically worked in the dark when dropping off after hours.
Mark LAs I was renting a U-Haul I could not take two vehicles with me so arrange to be dropped off at location online said they were open. When I got there 10 minutes early a note on the door said they were closed until 3:00. Not a big deal as that's when my appointment was and he showed up on time. It was just a slight inconvenience as it was cold and I had to wait outside.

David EI’m very angry and upset about my booking and pickup. I was supposed to pick up the truck on July 29 at 6pm. I had to renew my drivers license and only had my interim license. I called 2 weeks prior to my rental to ask if that was going to be ok and I was assured by two people that it would not be an issue if I had a passport or other form of photo ID which I did. I was not able to pick up the truck until CanEx opened the next day. I had a full crew of helpers for that evening and had no help the next day. It put me way behind and made an already stressful day even more stressful.

Wayne KThere is a balance on this trailer that I dont see why as I have rented this trailer for the day not the amount that is being set out the trailer was picked up after 10am and returned back at canex at just after 7pm .there was nothing said that it must be back at a certain time.
