Only problem it was almost on empty when I got the truck . SOMEONE AINT DOING THEIR JOB OF READING THE GAS GAUGE. BUT THATS THE ONLY PROBLEM.

When you promise a customer extra days when you do not have the equipment you should honor that but U-Haul bait and switched my contract when I returned my vehicle U-Haul is a lying scheming company this year as a bait and switch company.

Initially my request was to pickup the key at the storage facility, then I get there and the place was closed. Not sure why I was given the option if it was not available. This pushed my moving time back hours. Very unhappy

The people were very nice and helpful at this location. The 24 hours before picking up the trailer, I tried to call, and calls were not going through. (IF there was tech issues that resulted in a delay, then my ratings would be higher). I was given two Visa gift cards to use for purchase - each with substantial amount. One was used more than the other. I made the reservation, and a family member of mine went with his vehicle to pick up the trailer. I called one hour prior to scheduled pick up, and the trailer and equipment was still available. The driver arrived on time, yet there was substantial delay. They told him the equipment was not ready. He is a senior adult who is very active, yet he has dietary needs. He was scheduled to be somewhere following getting the trailer attached. Tech glitches occurred (which if tech failure from some disconcerting tech event, my ratings are higher). They ran one of the Visa credit gift cards, and it did not go through. They were supposed to call me for alternate payment, yet instead, they made the pay which he was not anticipating to do. Both the driver (my family member) were previous and recent crime victims. Mine was most severe and happened prior to his. I was given Visa credit gift cards to use and told that would be possible. They told him a charge of $60 would be made to use the Visa credit card gift cards. I was given the money on those because of the recent crime events. I am concerned with the delay, the pressure that put on my family member, and the lack of understanding of our needs when verification was made prior. The trailer and equipment was in good condition. Bless you, and we love each and every one of you far more than you know.

I ordered the truck for me to pick up at 8am. The location did not set the truck up so I had to wait until store opened at 9:30am. The worked was 30 mins late to open the location. I ended up getting the truck at 10am, I ended up loosing 2 HOURS of my DAY!! Unacceptable!!!

This location needed more help on a Saturday. The one person is not enough. To ask one person to do all that is required reflects poorly on the owner of this company. Taking advantage of your employees will not get you into Heaven!!!

Was told I had to hook up trailer myself and had to ask for help to have trailer moved just so I could back up to the trailer. A bit difficult for a 63 year old.

You shouldn't make customers pay $90 for a tire that didn't make it 2 miles before blowing out, my personal tire that I let you keep did the job yours couldn't do. I'll use Penske for now on.

Dont charge a full 24 rent on some one who only had it two of three hour .Is a rip off you should charge half only not full price.

the truck was the biggest piece of junk. it looked nice but had zero power empty or loaded. I've driven trucks made like that before with gas engines and they were way more powerful. The suspension on that truck was horrible.It felt like i was driving a freight train welded to axles with no suspension driving down busted tracks.

The only employee there was EXCELLENT in providing customer service. However, the problem was that she was the only employee. This place was seriously understaffed. I do not remember her name as I misplaced where I wrote it, but she deserves recognition for her help. But it is a shame that she did not have help.

The location and truck were fine but the guy handling the rental contract was horrible. He was rude and obnoxious. I requested the truck for 2 days. He wrote the contract for 1 then couldn't understand why I wanted it corrected.

The truck had no AC and the head lights were not working. When we tried to call them back about it they did not answer the phone. Took to the main Uhaul in Kingwood and they helped us out.

The inside of the trailer had not been cleaned. The staff gave no help in even hooking up or unhooking the equipment. The male employee came out after I got it unhooked and I called out to him twice with no response. I was told about where the trailer was and to go get it and do an inspection of it. I guess things have changed since I had an outlet in San Antonio and an uncle had one in Ala for around 15+ years. I tried to get the trailer at a company outlet but they didn't have the size needed and found this one. I walked in and told them I was there to pick up a reserved trailer and gave them the reservation paper given to me. At one point the lady said they didn't have one. After I said a company store located it here and reserved it, it was found. I'll never use this outlet again and will tell others to go elsewhere.

Truck was dirty had sticky coke stains all over radio and cup holder area, floor was muddy dog food and coke cans behind seats. Tire was out of balance or bad alignment. Driver said seemed transmission was acting up didn't wanna shift even without load. Office lady was great! Renting was quick and easy I just think truck wasn't cleaned

The truck was given to me filthy. I did express check in - but I still had to wait (ok - two people were ahead of me and that's ok) ... the lady at the counter told the guy working there to sweep the truck out - he swept the cab out but not the back end - it had lots of dirt and broken glass all over the floor. The steering wheel in the cab was filthy and the turn indicator was sticky - the side view mirrors were dirty. I had to clean the truck when I got it home - I left it clean when I dropped it off. The truck was still not ready although they said it was - I had to load the dolly into the truck and I had to wait (and help) get the blankets from their storage room - they should have had it all ready - was not happy with the pickup.
