Let the customer know that the gas station has nothing to do with the U-haul rental and let the customer know that a U-haul representative will meet you in the parking lot with the keys. I spent 30 minutes trying to locate the keys and the representative was sitting in a truck all the time.SCOTT F.

Asked the attendant for assistance, told me to go outside and use my cell phone, he has nothing to do with the rentals, after finally getting approval, the app said to get the key to the truck, i looked everywhere couldnt find the key, noticed on a pillar of the gas station there were three u-haul boxes, 2 with combinations and the third was a drop box, since i didnt have the combination, went back in the gas station and asked the manager if he knew where i could get the combination for the lock boxes, at that time he said he had the key and to show him my confirmation, WTF he could have told me he had the key when i first spoke with him, i wasted at least 25 minutes looking for the key.....the whole transaction was horrible especially trying to get a confirmation on the cell phone....I spent an hour and a half, the end result also overcharged for the rental.....Bernard T.
