No one there
It wasn't very clear to me where to put the U-haul when I returned it, I would have liked some clearer instructions
Mileage didn't match contract. Didn't get truck I called Uhaul several times to ensure I would receive. Shiesty practices at this location.

I was charged the wrong amount and to get it corrected had to call Corporate. Was put on hold for at least twenty minutes and then it still had to go someplace else for fixing. Takes days to correct a billing.
The truck was fine - the app was not. It took us an hour and two different 800 U-Haul operators to get us through and correct problems with the app. We had an after hours pick-up and the app was way to complex and non-functional. It didn't recognize my password which had to be corrected. Then other problems but thankfully we were able to get it completed and get the key.
I can not tell you anything about this location since there was no one there to check in with on a Saturday. I had to do the entire check in from my cell phone. You should be paying me, for having to check it in on my own using my personal cell phone to do it!

Not promise quick check in and even though I went on line and went through the process, I still had to deal with checking in and sign paperwork. Thought I would be able to just hook up sign for the equipment maybe and I would be done. Not the case, making early/online chRCI in pointless. Other than that everything was great.
The online checkin would not work and nobody was onsite. When they opened on Monday they put it in as a Monday checkin and charged me another $80 for an extra day we didn't have
Trailer was full of sand. We had to clean it out before loading it. Everything else was fine.
My first experience with U-Haul in Page was very good. U-Haul Rep provided excellent service, assisted with hookup and provided good info to make our vehicle hauling easy. No issues experienced during usage and return trip. Thank you, Hoskie Crank
Other than a later than expected arrival because of the delay picking the truck up in Tucson, things went well here, the people at Canyon were helpful.
I had no issues. Site had exactly what I needed. In great working order and they were helpful
I was supposed to get a dolly and there wasn't one available but I was still charged for it. When I got in the cab it had bottles and trash around. I cleaned it out before turning it back in but still got charged a cleaning fee.
These folks went the extra mile to accommodate my needs.

Very simple to return the hitch, guy was friendly and even remembered my husband from when we had left a few years prior.

Friendly people. Had computer problems. Took a while to get trailer ready even though it was reserved 2 weeks in advance and re-confirmed a week in advance.
No one helped me with trailer. I have a bad back but figured it out.
Could not print out contract. Improperly hooked up lights. Cord was not secured and was destroyed by dragging on the pavement.

Cris and Vonda do a great job. Being that Page is so remote, and after living there and knowing you do with what you have, I think uhaul needs to give them better support. Thank you canyon towing for all your help.
They weren't open. Had to drop off. Does irritate me that I had to pay .40 per mile to bring it almost a hundred miles to a drop off. Shouldn't be charged for that
Excellent, awesome staff, you can't go wrong with this location. We are from another state an needed to help that day, not a few days come on Monday. It was a weekend and had a vehicle down and being on the road didn't help. We were ready to buy a new SUV but, we just bought this one 6 months before. We could have left it at dealer but that meant coming back in a few months. So we picked up rental and returned home safely. Thank you staff for all you did for us. You didn't have to work that weekend, and you are awesome. Blessings to you and staff. Thanks uhaul.
We made the decision to rent (vs open trailer and pick-up truck) the morning of due to impending rain/snow in Flagstaff. Other factor was high winds. We got the only rental available. Experience was great but I would recommend a bit lower prices and offer Military Discounts or other credits such as AAA. There were none offered or suggested.
Had to pick up my Uhaul on Friday because their closed on weekends. Which was fine, but when I was told there would be no charge. I was charged. Also $78 in gas because no one said to return it full. Completely unacceptable.
Both places, I picked up U- Haul in Page and dropped off in Flag. AZ. . Both places took great care of me. Friendly, helpful, Kind, I wished that I could find same consideration from other businesses in Page Az. "a few I can. think of," have completely forgot how to treat their costumers with kindness, friendlyness, care Etc... But Not these two U- Haul businesses, I was welcomed, taking good care of, and most of all, made to feel that I was the most important of all issues.. So damn friendly, like family. I. Will hire U- Haul again.. As far as telling others, I will. But won't need to. They really care and show it, and that itself will spread like wildfire.. Thank You Page and Flag U- Haul it was a adventure...

The most horrible customer service I have ever experienced, I called and filed a complaint with uhaul corporate and I am waiting for a return call regarding this issue. The owner of the business, Chris walked into my house without knocking, pointing his finger in my face, he was horrible, in retrospect I should have called the police because he was very threatening. There were multiple lies quoting the price of the truck and also about having good movers who I hired not knowing that they were his 2 young sons who were not professional movers, they used my truck to get one of them out of bed and when he finally arrived he looked sick and did not want to work. Do not use them unless you want a very unpleasant experience. They left after being at my house for about 20 minutes and I was stuck with the moving truck and no movers.
The guy at the U-haul drop-off location wanted the trailer taken to another location 15 miles away in Big Water, Arizona. Upon disconnecting the trailer, the U-haul person angrily dropped the trailer on the ground. Next time I will plan to take it to another location.
I had an excellent experience renting from this location. The service was friendly and professional.
Smaller options would be nice like pick up trucks, vans or a 10' box truck. The people at Canyon towing are top notch, willing to drop what they're doing and go out of their way to help you out, very impressed thank you!
