If a location offers 24 hr service, we should not be charged for dropping off “ after hours”. It’s not as if someone had to come and meet us. That is an unnecessary and unwarranted charge.
PATRICK SNoticed after 10 miles that the front right tire was flat. Filled it to 70psi (gas station pump wouldn't go to 80) and it held the rest of the way. But I have no clue if the other tires were at the 80psi they are spec'ed for or not. Also the inside of the cab was quite dusty on the dash and dirty floors.
Beth AThe windshield was all cracked and they wouldn’t give me another U-Haul I had to drive on edge scared that the windshield might shatter at anytime. That was my first and worst experience with U-Haul
Ama NPads that I ordered were not in the truck. Nobody onsite available to help. Interior fan on the truck made intermittent squealing noises.

Christin FI think the online pickup process is tough. I prefer to talk to a sales rep. The location was very convenient and clean though so if I needed a truck again I would use it.

Junior RMy partner grabbed the passenger door to close it and found that someone had left a piece of trash in the side pocket on the door. The trash was a small piece of plastic with heavy duty staples sticking out of it, and it scratched his hand before he realized it was there. He is worried about the potential risk of tetanus. I would suggest making sure these vehicles are more closely inspected between usage.
