Truck was the worst. Truck was old and had several service light on and a gas guzzler. Truck should be scrapped. Also mobile pickup is a joke . It’s way too confusing and complicated. It’s also too time consuming.

Equipment not available once I paid
Dwayne BI requested furniture dollies and 1 utility dolly and they were not supplied. The facility we used was phone pick up only, so we couldn't even talk to anyone about the missing requests. I will do a Customer Service location next time where there are people behind a counter to help.
Traci WThe process to pick up the vehicle wasn't as seemless as expected. It wouldn't register the pictures I tried to upload at least 5 times. That resulted in me "skipping" the photos upon pick up which puts both of us at risk.
