In the past month or so, I have rented 3 times. Two of the three times my pickup location was changed. Both were VERY inconvenient and the last was a 25 minute drive 1 way, passing 3 to 5 more convenient locations. Very poor customer service. Why select a pickup location only to be told you can’t pick it up there. All reservations were made over a week in advance.
