Im gonna be honest. The staff were great and honest. The truck was clean but shifted like a tank. When slowing down, it downshifted like i was a new driver learning manual transmition trying to go into each gear down shifting. The suspension was non existant, and i get it, its a truck. But here's the kicker, I booked it to move a 72 year old jukebox. If i was moving my house, i could have wrapped stuff in packing blankets and that would have helped protect the contents, BUT YOUR WEBSITE ALLOWED ME TO BOOK PACKING BLANKETS AND WHEN I GOT TO THE LOCATION, THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY!. That became a $150 purchase for 4 at home depot, took extra time, milage, etc. So the fact the truck was lacking didnt help when the packing blankets i booked to help protect things from the fact it was a uhaul, etc were not available. I get it, you folks are UHaul, not some luxury car brand with perfect suspension and transmissions, but still, at least having what you allow to book available would have been the least you could have done. I am not even gonna start sharing my feelings about how the dolly wasnt available too. Moving forward, I wont be trusting that even the trucks are available from uhaul as i see you folks dont support your locations. I'll just call them to confirm that the web refelcts whats really available. Very dissapointed in the support given to the location. Absolutly lovely staff on site though. great folks. Only reason id use uhaul again.

Fuel charge
Since the tank was not full, it is hard to determine how much gas to fill, when returning and looks like, U- haul charged for filling the entire tank ( 15.78 litres). I don’t think driving 16 kilometers will consume that much fuel. So, I fell, it’s not fair to charge that much

feedback for U-Haul management.
Please lower the per km prices. It used to be a very affordable service utilizing U-Haul at C$ 0.69/km. But with the latest prices of C$ 1.09 or 1.19/ km is pretty much making it impossible to use the service regularly, or even forced to consider alternate options.

Crazy rental experience. There was no brief introduction of the trick given by the rental staff. The alternator of the truck was inoperative after I loaded up my furniture and stuff into the truck. The truck was not moving. It took 3 hours to get roadside support even though I bought the insurance.

The request to take photos of the vehicle after renting should b be completed by the rental agency or at least mentined before the renter departs. I got the text after I'd left the premises. Pulling over to take the images the images delayed my trip and the loading of the images didn't work. If required to protect myninsurance on the vehicle, this should have been dealt with at the rental office before departure.

Hi, thanks for the amazong service, but there was a problem, i ordered the u haul with a utility dully, but it was not there when i arrived at my place, it caused me problem and pressure and I drove back to pick it up again from the store. I want the mileage to be reduced cause it's not fair to pay extra because of time loss , gas loss and extra pressure and drive.

The staff here were amazing. It was a really wonderful experience and I would recommend using again. All of the challenges from Uhaul truck rental (our trucks got rescheduled 3 times last minute and we had to change our move-in dates twice with the worst customer service I have ever seen) were somewhat made up for by how accommodating this non-uhaul storage facility was. I would use the storage facility again and recommend highly. I will never use Uhaul again.
