When the truck was picked up it had about a quarter tank of gas in it. When we left it at our destination we put $50 of gas in it which made it half full. We were then charged $55 because the man where we picked it up had put that it was full. We were also charged extra for mileage when we had to drive 35 miles extra to pick it up from where I had originally reserved it from. We delivered 2 trailers for uhaul as well. We were told we would be paid $50 for delivering each trailer and that hasn’t happened.

Sandra HThis location is a shed dealer and the man working was rude and not helpful at all. He rented us a truck for a trip of 1700 miles with a dry rotted (inside back) tire. With no stem so was like this when we left his lot. Needless to say we had to get two tires replaced on our trip. The repair man was shocked they let us drive a loaded truck with tires like that. We are just blessed no one got hurt.

Heather MThe AC was broke in this truck, I also took a picture when I rented because the gas was off from what was listed on my paper so when I returned i filled it where it should be and I took another picture and I was charged for gas because it says it was off. I will be sending in an email will all pictures and evidence the gas was not off, I should have not been charged I used the paper that is given to know how much to add back in. Very frustrated with how many times I use Uhaul for my business.

Kevin LDifficult to find; no attendant to check in truck; had to call to get directions and didn’t even talk to the person in charge of uhauls; had to call back to make sure I was in the right place; signs or address not posted well at all
Myrna Rmy pick up time was 11am office was closed and had to call some one at 1130 and they did not arrive till almost 12pm. no supplies or equipment, lucky the dolly was already in truck. Staff could not open the pad lock, so that took time. Turned truck in at 530 and had turck for 5 and half hours and was ordered for 6 but was charged a second day on the truck. Had to call UHaul and now have to wait for the dispute to be processed. Not a good look.
