my pick up time was 11am office was closed and had to call some one at 1130 and they did not arrive till almost 12pm. no supplies or equipment, lucky the dolly was already in truck. Staff could not open the pad lock, so that took time. Turned truck in at 530 and had turck for 5 and half hours and was ordered for 6 but was charged a second day on the truck. Had to call UHaul and now have to wait for the dispute to be processed. Not a good look.
