No one was on site and it is a little strange. The site is a lot full of portable sheds. The only thing that said U-Haul was the drop box for the keys.

RONALD SThe tire pressure light was on when I picked up the vehicle. I was told the tire had been repaired and there were no issues. After loading the vehicle at our starting location, the tire was half flat. I was supposed to pick up the vehicle at 9:30am at a different location. U-haul changed my pickup location and time, which delayed our moving plans. Overall awful experience
