I dropped off the trailer during normal business hours on a Friday. There was no one present to receive the trailer. The app did not allow me to record photos of the trailer to confirm that it was in good condition, so I just took pictures myself to have a record in case any questions came up. The location is remote, so cell signal is limited. Maybe that was why the app seemed less than fully functional. I had a similar experience when dropping off a trailer at this location in the past.

Lots of unmarked damage on trucks and trailers the lady at the pick up location was extremely nice made sure to document everything, was not the place we made the reservation to pick up was over an hour and a half away but Amy in traffic in Springfield Missouri was absolutely amazing at comping us for our time and trouble to to pick up at different location she needs to be recognized for her professionalism and willingness to work with us
