I was greeted with a good morning and a smile he was very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend going here to pick up a U-Haul

Simple process. Easy to follow instructions. Capturing and uploading the pictures was a bit of a challenge due to remote location / signal quality but otherwise, straight forward process.

I picked the trailer up in Delaware and dropped it off in Missoula. Every U-Haul rep was very courteous and knowledgeable. They made the entire process from pick-up to drop-off hassle free. This is the way a business should be ran! Great work!

The Millers went above and beyond! My reservation got split between locations 45 minutes apart from each other and the Millers went out of their way to get the equipment to their location so I only had to stop at one place. They were very friendly and helpful

The only suggestion I would make is to pave the way to the drop box and key pick up spots. It was wet and muddy without a clear path. Other than that no issues with the location. Easy to get in a out of with the equipment.
