Have a truck at the right location!! We had to drive half hour to get to this place .

Pretty scary at night. The location signal did not work so it took 45 minutes to speak to someone about how we were to return the truck. Not good when you are cranky tired.

Car shop is very messy. But they are nice and able nice to help. Uhaul app wasn't working @10pm. Felt uneasy about leaving the truck. Instructions on what to do in that situation were hard to find.

The place is nasty,dirty, marihuana smell, trash in the floor, very disgusting. The guy he never stop playing on the phone,he didn't have eye contact, he didnt speak or explain, he just say you have a reservation,name and sign here , he give me the key and told the truck is over there. Truck was dirty and full of roaches, I was going to rent it for a week or more and I have to return it. I will try to not go there again. Very bad

big gouge out of back passenger side tire noticed by us during inspection, mentioned to u-haul person, they had to change tire as no other trucks avail and delay of our moving start. gas level also less than 50% picture taken.

I was charged 3 times what I owed. Car Mechs didn’t mark my U-Haul as returned for 7 days after I returned it. They also charged me as if I had taken their furniture pads, but failed to supply the pads in the first place.

The man acted like he didn’t want to be bothered by it…he didn’t check the gas before he gave it to me…nor did he check the miles before he gave it to me and again he just was rude and nasty

Strange setup, hard to find the person that was supposed to help us. Everything was done on his cell phone. He was unkempt. Office area had an odor of cat urine.

Trailer lights were not working on two options. left the location without picking up a trailer. Was told it would be cancelled and refunded but as of yet i haven't seen it.

Trailer tire tread ripped off while driving and the truck was a mess when I picked it up in the cabin. The trailer light wires were split so I had to stop at Walmart and purchase wire strippers and wire caps to fix the lights so I wasn’t pulled over. Pick up location on the email was incorrect and I had to drive a extra 15 minutes to pick up the truck so that means I had to put extra miles on the truck to move and to return the rental. Trailer was not inspected correctly and could’ve ended worse then what it did. Very disappointed with this experience and makes me re consider my moving needs and might pick a different company next time around.

At the time of pick up I was provided with the drop off location. I attempted to drop it off at the location listed on my receipt. The location would not accept the trailer because they couldn’t find my reservation in the system. After speaking with the manager they had indicated that the location for drop off had been changed and they tried to email and text me which I never I received those communications. They indicated they would charge me $50 for drop off or they provided me an updated location. I went to the updated location which was disgusting, the individual who assisted me smelled strongly of weed and wanted me to unhook and remove the trailer myself. Not a great experience.

Served the purpose but nothing special to speak of. I picked the truck up here and had to go to another U-Haul location to get the trailer. I asked the staff about the mileage and he did nothing to adjust it. Check engine light was on in the truck and he didn’t document it.

The whole UHaul experience was very stressful. Having to wait till the last minute to figure out where to go pick up the truck was difficult, plus the blankets were dirty and messed up my white couch.

Update your website information with the correct address. The 1st address given turned out to be a junkyard. The next address was wrong. And finally the 3rd was only identified by a sign the size of a real estate "For Sale" sign. Feel like I was a victim of "Bait & Switch" pricing. U-Haul's online reservation system listed the price as $175. Was charged $300.

When someone makes a resurvation at U-Haul, don't send them to a third party. My experience was awful. The rental was not ready on time which pushed my schedule back and the facility was filthy. Not what I was expecting. I will avoid renting from U-Hual in the future.

The trailer was decent but dirty on the bed, they also allowed me to reserve an appliance dolly and then did not have one available when i got there. They also charged me for insurance that i specifically declined.

Gas said it was 3/4 full but was 3/4 empty and and we have picture to price but U-Haul said it must go though U-Haul dealer

So.. my whole uhaul experience was sub par. The location in Longwood was fine. The location in Altamonte Springs(my original pick up destination), not so much! So, I reserved a 26' truck about a week before my move date. Upon arrival, they did not have my truck available, and sent me to the store in Longwood. This put me behind schedule. Also, the woman who helped me at the Altamonte store was fairly rude. Granted yes she did try to help by finding me another truck, she was not apologetic about the inconvenience, and did minimal. It more or less felt like she just wanted me to get out of her hair. U haul did nothing to attempt to reconcile their mistakes, even though my reservation was a week prior. Thankfully the guy in Longwood got the job done for me! So, thank you Longwood! Altamonte, step it up! (OH, and there WAS another 26' truck in Altamonte, but it was for one way only! They should have given me that truck and sent the next guy to Longwood, just saying)!

No one at the initial pickup location. Best proTint 740 W SR 434 Longwood FL 32750. Multiple phone calls and waiting for instructions. We were instructed to go to a different site. 2nd pickup site..... Could be better area. Service good by the one person there. Fittings on the dolly were rusty and hard to manipulate. I had to oil them. Traveled 600 miles with no problem. Reservartion # 74463967

Felt like i was bothering them when returning the trailer. No assistance with its removal. Returned the trailer on Nov 5th and did not get an electronic receipt until December 11th, over a month later. Wonder where that trailer has been for that period of time.

The front and windshield of the vehicle was plastered with thousands of dead love-bugs and other insects. This actually made it difficult to see when driving. The bums at this site also misrepresented the fuel level when I picked up the vehicle. They stated the fiuel gauge was at 7/8 full when it was slightly under 3/4 full. I didn't bother disputing it at the time because I was in a hurry, but I wish I had -- 1/8 of a tank on that vehicle amounts to several dollars worth of gas.
