It took 20 minutes to get someone who had the keys despite making the reservation a week in advance and showing up on time. Further, they did not have the correct size truck available for a one-way trip, which again should have been prepared for because the reservation was made well in advance. We were told the truck had a full tank, but when we turned it on, there was only 1/4 tank and we had to get gas before getting on the road. Would not recommend.
