I am very upset over the fact that the truck cost was more than double what was listed on the U-Haul website when reserving the truck. The cost on the website said the truck would be $280. I was charged $599. For this reason, I will not use or recommend U-Haul in the future.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI didn’t get my furniture dolly or utility dolly, which made my move very hard (and they charged me for both too!); the tire pressure sensor fault light was on when I picked up the truck; the truck had no cargo lock… the list goes on and on.
MICHAEL KThere was no clear area where to park the truck at the business parking lot.
Jack BOur furniture pads were not in our truck at pickup
