I appreciated that there was a person available to talk to, however, the shop didn't have a lot of extra equipment to choose from. Additionally, the oil life of the U-Haul was at 5 percent when picking it up and the windshield wiper blades were not in good shape, I was traveling over 1k miles in bad weather do that was a concern, I ended up spending money out of own pocked for new wiper blades to ensure safety. The part of the experience I did appreciate was that the weigh station for the U-Haul was just down the street, so I didn't have to go far to get that taken care of.

JOHN SI was charged for fuel, when I should not have been. Counter person said truck was on full, but wasn't. I refilled to where it was when I got it, but was then charged around 40 for fuel. I have pictures of before and after.
Christi LI would prefer working with a live person to check in the truck, not on the app. I want someone to look it over and provide my with a signed document of thier approved receipt.
