The location for the pickup was genuinely so hard to find the office because it is not labeled and it's also marked for trespassing if you go where you're not supposed to go so as confusing as that is I think Carlisle should not rent out U-Haul that was an awful experience regardless if my U-Haul was literally $2 to move the fact that it was on E the whole time I moved also ridiculous I get that it was because the last customer but you guys should be at least able to put $5 in gas if that's the case, I probably will not use U-Haul for my next move it was that bad
