Great customer service Truck needs to be fixed

I gave this review because the day after I turned in the U-Haul Truck, I received an email stating that I had not returned the truck. This was annoying and unprofessional for business. I called to inform the U-Haul company that the truck had been returned. This has never happened to me before, and I have always rented U-Haul when I needed a moving truck. That gives me reason to be concerned because people are not professional anymore. That should have never happened.
