It was so easy renting the U-Haul online and I also have a storage unit at Carolina self storage and Carrie is amazing she very friendly very professional if I ever need another storage unit after this go round I will be going back to Carolina self storage and I recommend that if anybody looking for a storage unit go to Carolina self storage..... Carrie is aweome in customer care and helpfulness. She needs more training. She said "I don't know" a little too much. Please clean the cabin the day before each rental. It was dusty. The door pockets were dirty. The window shield was very dirty. While its spring time, I understand, for the price per mile for a trip like mine, I should not have been in a dirty box car. Even, spraying windex on the window shield and wiping it down when I came for pick up would have been good customer care. Overall, I am satisfied, and would recommend this business to others---mainly because of Carrie's great disposition and reliability in calling back. Thank you so much, and I would like a lower mileage rate to recalibrate my bill to what I was expecting at $779. If not possible, I will make arrangements to complete that which could not be charged as soon as possible. Blessings,
madeline mI will say it again, Marcus at the main number was awesome! I never got the gals name in Forest City but she was cool! And the gal at the drop off in Riverton was to the point! Loved it all!
