BRIAN HLies about the rental amount. You say $50 something and end up charging over $90. You take that out of a $160 hold I was told nothing about until I arrive to pick up truck. Then finish screwing me over by sending email saying it may be 2 weeks before releasing hold so I can get my refund of the difference. Guy working the location was actually great to me. It's the corporate stink I hate and their policies that does the bait and switch because they could give 2 shits about putting me in a bind because unlike them I am not rich.
Bryant HThe owner was incredibly helpful and kind. He let me sit inside while I waited for my Uber, took the time to have a conversation with me, and even offered me a bottle of water. His hospitality made me feel very welcome, and I truly appreciated his kindness. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back.
TIMARIAM TThe location was not open yet at the time of my reservation. Scheduled for 7am and no one showed up until 7:45. As a result I paid more money for the movers who showed up based off me picking the truck up at 7am as scheduled.

MATTHEW DIf you’re looking for a U-Haul on South Tryon, the one next to Audi is the best. The gentleman working there is very knowledgeable, helpful, and truly takes care of his customers. He provides excellent customer service and makes the rental process easy. I highly recommend this location!

JONATHAN WI’m very upset when I went to return the U-Haul I called ahead to a different return location and asked if I could return there instead of my scheduled return and they said yes. Afterwards I was charged over $200 for a “wrong location return” fee. This is unacceptable to not communicate this when I called in.
