Everyone was nice and fair. The equipment was what I needed and in great condition. I’ll keep this u haul location in Beaverdam as my go to.

david bA local in the area told us as we were starting to get into the truck that recently when they turned in their U-Haul and they filed the paperwork that they had put the mileage in correctly which resulted in them being charged way too much money. They said once it's done there's nothing they can do to fix it. Just for that alone. I don't think I'll ever use from this location again, but the ones in Ashland Virginia instead
