Marco MWe reserved our U-Haul truck and trailer 9 months in advance as soon as we knew we were moving and were extremely frustrated to find out the day before our pickup date that there were no trucks available near us and we would have to drive almost 200 miles round trip to pick up our rentals. We received a slight discount and an extra day, but we had to rearrange our schedules completely in order to accommodate this. Upon arrival to the location the truck didn’t have air in a tire, and the pull behind trailer had not been swept out and was full of dirt. A different truck was given to us but during our return we found out the pickup location didn’t alter the paperwork to show what truck was signed out to us. Thankfully nothing happened during our trip as our paperwork wouldn’t have matched the truck we were using. As a military family that uses U-Haul every two to three years for moving, we were very disappointed with how this reservation played out. Please do better next time.

Alfredo VTo much troubles for drop the trailer is don't have persons in tje locarion and is same troubles for contact the correct person in U-Haul. Jump from the number to anumber for finded the corect person . Other problem is the distance ..... driving over from 2 hours for dropping the trailer.

STEVE AThe Uhaul dealer at Carrizo Springs had issues with their computer and was unable to provide an documentation I needed.
Hector SThey made us wait quite a while and then had the wrong dolly's on the contract. We got the right ones on the contract and they still put the wrong ones on the truck. They also could not print the contract so they asked for my phone so that they could take a picture of their computer screen for me to use. The picture was very blurry and you were not able to read anything on it.
Matthew HCarrizo location was a floral shop and a note was left that a flower delivery was being made, indicating would return ASAP, only to find out they would not return until after lunch.
Noe ROwner came to work on Saturday just to meet me so I could pick up the trailer. Very helpful.

Mike MPre registered online, took way to long on “paperwork “ should’ve been sitting there waiting for me to sign. I even called ahead 5 mins to tell her I was on my way. Had to find help to move a cinder block one inch while I lifted the trailer myself on my truck, she was quick to advise me she’s not allowed to help with the trailer, I said you don’t have to, just move this block while I pull up on trailer.....very poor attitude, never rent from this place again!!!??

Elbert OThis would be my choice for Uhaul rentals places in Carrizo Springs. Service was quick, the owners were very knowledgeable of their equipment. The owners were also very friendly, it made for a great experience.

alfa RI originally reserved the trailer in Laredo, Tx. Despite the Laredo reservation, there was not one available in Laredo. The nearest trailer "car hauler" available was more than 70 miles away. My son had an accident 3 hours from home. The property where the tow truck dropped the vehicle was a business that wanted it moved. We were on a schedule. Due to the reserved yet unavailable car hauler in Laredo, we were two hours past our dead line. I recommend tracking of equipment electronically so customers making reservations will know what equipment is available.
