The tongue weight of the 12X6 utility trailer was quite heavy. In the rental business it needs to be. The tongue jack was very good to handle that weight. I have a full size Toyota pickup which handled trailer easily, but I could see many people with lesser towing ability vehicles have trouble with this much weight.
James LA corporate representative called and asked me to change my pick-up location in order to feed business to a new location. It was a horrible experience and a COSTLY waste of time. I would appreciate a refund for the inconvenience caused by UHaul corporate.
