I had to go through five trucks to get one that would work initially during the trip the truck leaked on me the whole time, and we got water damage because the box leaked in all of our boxes were soaked when we got them out so overall, if U-Haul I would not recommend them to anyone. The only positive to this experience was that Kelly assisted us in the proper billing of the truck.

Robert AThe tongue weight of the 12X6 utility trailer was quite heavy. In the rental business it needs to be. The tongue jack was very good to handle that weight. I have a full size Toyota pickup which handled trailer easily, but I could see many people with lesser towing ability vehicles have trouble with this much weight.
James LA corporate representative called and asked me to change my pick-up location in order to feed business to a new location. It was a horrible experience and a COSTLY waste of time. I would appreciate a refund for the inconvenience caused by UHaul corporate.
