It would be very helpful if the agents at the 800 number could get a better view of availability. The phone agent was sending us 10 miles out of our way, with weekend mileage rates that would have been cheap. We stopped by U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer near our house and the agent there was able to go over all of our options and find a truck near to house that reduced the unnecessary miles.Donald R.
Truck rented had over 124000 miles. Very loud in cab of truck a d ran rough until up to speed. Very loose steering on the road. A more modern charging port would be welcome..Richard K.

Answering the phone when a customer calls would be a huge improvement. This location opens at 8:00am, I called several times after 8:00am and nobody answered the phone. I even called after 9:00am and nobody answered, it was very frustrating. Other than that, the service was good.KENYONLAMONT J.

Your 800 lines and regional manager telephone lines in VA are terrible. Each time I called, I spent over 45 minutes waiting. And when I called the 800 lines, waited for 45 minutes they said to call Regional. I called 4 times, 3 times waited over 30 minutes and got cut off and finally someone answered on the 4th time after waiting 45 minutes. You need to fix phone linesSusan S.

I find it ridiculous that to change drop off locations, you would be double charged for the rental. It is confusing as to whether you can just drop off the keys in the dropbox or whether it's required that you have to check the vehicle back in with your phone.PAULWILLIAM M.
