Car trailer had one bald tire and I had to call roadside assistance to have it replaced second day of driving. Facility should have noticed that before letting me take the trailer especially since the trip was 2600 miles.

JAYDEN TFirstly, the app does not work properly, I was not able to get any check in photos as instructed but did document on my phone as I was not going to be charged for something I did not do. The app chose a drop off location for me even though when I reserved it I specifically stated I'd be returning it to farmville, va. A location 30 minutes from me was chosen and your app would not allow me to change it, I had to contact customer service to get it updated.. this morning returned the rental EARLY in the exact condition I received it with MORE fuel than it had when I picked it up and have been charged 10 dollars for 2 gallons of fuel. I'd stay away and find another rental company.
Linda AThe location and the physical van was great! The cost was quite a surprise. I rented A van for an in-town furniture move because of the rain and only needed for a few hours. The cost was way more than I would’ve liked to pay. I’ll figure out other arrangements next time.

Darrell HA little clunky renting the truck I wanted as they didn’t have the equipment promised. The manager made it right by offering a smaller truck and lower mileage cost. I still had to ask for that price when I picked up the truck. I had a little trouble returning the truck on the website from my phone. Although logged into the website, it couldn’t find my location. . The location as closed before 4pm so couldn’t get help. I finally was able to return once I downloaded the app and logged in that way. This causes a long return process.
