Would be helpful if this information (phone no. or address) was posted somewhere so one didn't have to walk around a storage facility in the heat with no office or people to ask. The lady at the office was great she went above and beyond to help us she was very nice and have great customer service skills only thing I had an issue with was my ex had used my info for uhal in the past leaving money owed I had police report and they still wanted me to pay money I did not owe but other than that it was great thank youFranklin T.
I've been renting u haul several times and I'm well aware of the fuel policy, so every time I make sure that I fill the gas tank properly and over the amount I used, well this guys over charge me anywaysam A.
Service was unacceptable as far as picking up the reserved vehicle. Checking in time set us back two hours on our schedule. Office was shabby. No restroom. We had to follow the attendant's vehicle to a totally different lot. He didn't wait at a stop light and lost us. I would not recommend that place to anyone.ROBERT R.

My main issue with the experience was that I reserved the truck almost 6 weeks in advance and 2 days before my move, I received a call saying the truck was not available at the location close to me. I scrambled to find another, but had to drive 20 miles each way to get it. I absolutely do not understand why this happened. It added so much more stress to an already stressful situation, as I had just had surgery and my family had all taken time off work to help me move. My suggestion for improvement would be to fulfill a reservation, rather than bump someone at the last minute and leave them to figure out what to do!!!! The Cartersville location staff and Byron location staff were helpful and courteous, but UHaul really let me down.Tony W.

Horrible customer service. Gentleman was friendly at first but is a racist and judges too much. The Hispanic man that's somewhere around 45-65 years old degraded me and my company, and at the very end kicked me out while saying â€œGet back to work, get the fuck outta hereâ€ and said it in a racist way, one of my employees was with me and he's African American and this guy mocked his way of talking when he said those words. At first I was going to leave it alone, but I received this email, and this is truthfully what happened. I believe in 2nd chances, fuck this manager guy, next time I'm suing. He asked â€œare your parents okay with you running this businessâ€ because he judged me for my age. I am 21 years old, despite my age my net worth is more than 3million. Why is this uhaul manager making fun of my company and my success due to our age and race? Pathetic, he was a 7/10 until the very end, -5/10 for this man customer service.SAHIL C.
The uhaul had damage such as a warped back wheel. The gas was not full when I got in it, but the paperwork said it was full. And I returned it with more gas than when I took it and he still charged me for more gas. Otherwise it was fine. He was polite, and let me leave my car there while I used the truck. No clear drop-off point. Customer service wasn't useful. The drop-off point turned out to be small crowded parking lot shared with other businesses that were driving forklifts around. Office was in bad condition with loose dog. Took close to an hour to drop-off the truck and I was instructed to move it several times. I will avoid this location at all costs.GREGORY L.

Employees were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, as discussed with employees at pick up, the truck windshield was not clean. They stated they had trouble removing the tree sap from previous renters. I had to use mineral spirits and a razor/scraper to remove sap from windshield and wipers before departing this morning. Also, the driver side mirror was stained all over and could not be cleaned. The mirror needs to be replaced. The truck drove very well and was very comfortable. The trucks radio and air conditioner was top notch. However the reason I'm giving a three star was the pick up and drop off process was not easy at all. The account never remembered my user name and password. I had to have the system send me a verification code each time to even log in. It wasn't very user friendly what so ever. I don't even know why they have an app because byou can't use it for pick up and drop off. The pickup process took me about 45 minutes to log in. I had to wait on hold for 20 minutes. The drop off was just as long and still I waited on hold an additional 20 minutes until I finally realized I can click on the drop off link within the email sent to me on the initial email sent when ordering. The cab was dirty.. There was dirt and dust on the floors, and on the steps to get in. The place for cups was dirty. It was a reserved rental. After getting the combination and opening the box, it was the wrong key. I had to wait for the next day Sunday, May 23, 2021 to get the truck. The mileage was at the 1/2 or 8 marks when I left, But the contract said it was a 1/4 more or 9 marks. I replaced the gas at 9 marks instead of 8 marks. So, I paid extra for gas. The truck's outside passenger mirror had cracks on the right top. This was not mentioned in the contract. The whole experience was awful. The workers wouldn't take responsibility for the condition of the truck. They kept saying it was my responsibility. You should have gone on line to report. When I was finally able to pick up the truck because someone had to come in on Sunday, no one looked or went over the mileage or if there was anything wrong with the truck with me. Whenever, I rented a truck before, they always went over the gas, the mileage, etc. If this is a new policy that has changed, it is not a very good one. Why are you putting all the responsibility on the customer, instead of the employees? What if I'm not computer literate. Then what?TERESA B.

Tow dolly was damaged and unusable but the U-Haul representative immediately made arrangements to pick up the tow dolly at another location only 4 miles away and arranged for all the paperwork to be updated so I didn't have to start all over. Per U Haul requested i drop off at different location than city (Rome. GA) where is was using UHaul vehicle, requested to take to Cartersville, GA location about 22 miles from Rome. Left after hours since location in Cartersville, GA closed at 4:00pm. Dropped off at 4:38pm and used drop box. Did not have my cell phone at time of drop off but vehicle was clean, fuel tank full, and called UHaul once had access to phone to notify them vehicle had been returned.BLANFORD J.

I will never go back and I DONOT support this business owner. I should have not rented from this place based on the previous reviews but I really needed a truck and it was the closest place to rent it. The worst rental experience ever! I was expecting an easy pick up because I reserved online the day before. I wanted to use the pick up my truck online option on uhaul.com but when I got there to pick up the truck the uhaul.com pick up my truck option did not work. I went in and the lady at the front desk was busy talking to other customers so I waited for 15 minutes for her to talk to me. I got tired of waiting and I was in a hurry so I approached her about having reserved the truck and needed to get on the road. She said the truck wasn't ready yet and she couldn't find my reservation in the system. Really? I have it right here on my phone? It's confirmed. Well, I eventually got the truck and was on my way. I had the truck for 3 hours and brought it back. When I got there the owner was at the desk and proceeded to tell me that his employee quit her job because of me. The owner blamed me ( a paying customer ) for his employee quitting her job. The lady was obviously not trained properly and did not enjoy her job. The audacity of this business owner to blame his customers for his employees lack of training.Jeremiah T.
