Your U-Haul system is all messed up. First they gave me a reservation at a place that was closed on Friday so when I show up on Friday, I have to call the number on the front door and they say they’re closed and they can’t rent it to me when I have one reserved for two days. So then when I find another one at least they’re a decent location. But then I’m forced to use your app to sign in I have to download a freaking app. I have to use it instead of just using the Internet. I don’t want your app. I think your app is garbage. There’s no one there at the time to drop it off so I have to use your piece of garbage app. Then I have to take off restrictions that I have on my phone for showing my location because you have to use my location so I have to do even more adjusting with my phone. I don’t think I’ll be using U-Haul again if it’s gonna be this much of a hassle every single time I have enough things on my phone I don’t need a U-Haul app that I’m going to delete immediately after that’s retarded. You people know that if I use U-Haul every day sure I might need a nap but I don’t, no one does

I couldn't have found a better place. I was treated respectfully and always had access to my belongings. Only problem that I did have was one of the units had let some water into it ! Not a lot but I could see the floor wet on one side. Unfortunately a two antique dressers from the mid 1800s and a mirror had mold or mildew on them! After a good cleaning it appears nothing was permanently damaged . Blessed I am.

Everything was great. We rented a 28ft truck with car dolly and had a 725 mile move. Truck was clean and very comfortable. All the uhaul representatives were very nice ans explained everything great

The app used to pick up the truck is very cumbersome and not helpful at all. It would be more helpful for some of the items to be entered ahead of time as well as the multiple forms of identification. If they are available to enter before picking up, it is not easily found.

the check engine light kept coming on and the cost of the millage is way too high when your refilling the gas tank as well. when you lease the truck and return it to the same location you should not be charged millage or have a set millage allowance that you get before you start getting charged extra. if i would have realized this i would have went through another rental company

returned the tank with the amount of gas it was supposed to be filled with and still got charged a gas fee. very disappointed and not satisfied with my u-haul experience

Bait & Switch, I was given a price on UHaul.com and told I need XX amount of money. When getting there the truck I rented was not available only the auto transport was there for near $200 + or - by the time they got me a box truck instead of a pickup the price had almost double. Better to work with folks that give you the whole truth up front “As Penske does”. Next time I have to move anything I will wait until Penske has a truck available. I was not happy with the Bait & Switch asI am 75 and live on a fixed income.

the pickup site was changed without informing me, and then the new place wasn't going to be open on the day I needed the equipment, so I had to pick it up early. It was very confusing.

This storage facility was great for us. We just needed a room for a month and they were very accommodating. The employee, Armand, was very nice. We weren’t able to get the room I originally reserved, but they had another one that worked just as well and was cheaper. The only thing I didn’t like about it was that there was no gate outside so anyone could just come in. Other than that, it was great and I will use them again.

Guy who helped us, the owner we think, was very informative, very helpful, and did all the work for us, hooked the trailer up to our truck and unhooked it when we returned it. He was incredibly friendly and personable and didn't make us feel like just a number, but a customer who they'd want to return and form a working relationship with.

Location was pretty standard looking. I won't say it's appealing, but it wasn't filthy. Didn't meet with any personnel as the business was closed when we arrived. Not an ideal location to return equipment to since there is a very low underpass tunnel right at the location and we ended up having to add more miles to return it.

Not a man’s location. Very little space for storage or turning around for anything with the trailer. At the very back end of the parking lot with no ability to drive around the building or turn around in the back.

The truck drop off from the individual renting it before myself was late. So when I arrived ontime to pick up the truck, there was no truck. That's no fault of the business renting the equipment. They did reach out a few minutes before our arrival to inform me of this problem. Even discussed the idea of renting elsewhere but decided timing wise it was probably best to see if the truck showed up. We waited for a long time to receive the rental I needed at the time I needed it and it put us behind on a scheduled to move. The experience was just more stressful than it needed to be.

The 10 x 20 climate control storage unit was perfect for our needs. The storage unit facility is very safe and secure, easy to access, and things could not have gone better!💯 The manager Armand is top notch! He is the best manager, and Uhaul is so lucky to have him. The office and premises are always so clean. Armand is so hard-working. He is always one step ahead with any questions or needs, and is so pleasant to talk to!🤓 I will not hesitate to refer anyone that is in the cartersville area; when they happen to need a storage unit or truck.
