I know it was not the location's fault - It is, however, a U-Haul issue. A customer should NEVER EVER pick-up a truck on a 1/16 of a tank of fuel - NEVER EVER... Yes, they gave me a credit,... I still stressed, worried about getting to the gas station. U-Haul, you used to charge people to refill the tanks. You used to charge at minimum $1.00 more per gallon than going rate. You used to have people who would take the trucks and make sure they had fuel in them. I did not pick this truck up until 1:15 pm on a Wednesday. There is NO REASON it had 1/16 of a tank of fuel.. . As for the location.. The people were amazing. He was not happy that someone truly returned a truck with a 1/16th of a tank of fuel. He explained U-Haul will no longer allow them to top the trucks off. The down side to the is location - Maps puts you on the back side of this location. There are no signs that tell you where the office door is. On this particular day, there was a 27 ft truck blocking the whole front of the building. You literally could not see the front of the building because of the truck.. It took me a few minutes to locate the office.. Signage showing where the office is would be extremely helpful..

Richard PPi up and drop off locations and people were both fine but with the uhaul website was very difficult to use and didn't work properly. Not to mention way too damn expensive.
MARC HIt was hard to know where to park my vehicle to pick up the U-haul itself because the property is so small and limited space. No directions were listed online as to where to park personal vehicles, I feel like this needs to be known for those renting solo without another person with to assist.
