I found it very difficult to use your app for the early pick up time and it kept adding extra charges to my bill that I did not want. Not easy to use the app. Fix it please!!!
Timothy MThey change my reservation from a 15 ft truck to a 20ft while I was on my way to pick it up. The mobile app process sucks. I had to call numerous times. I ordered this truck 1 month in advance. It was a nightmare. I suggest Penske in Scottsdale. I would NERVER recommend this business to anyone. They changed my drop off location also. Just a horrible experience.

GERALD AWe returned on a Sunday when they were not open. It was difficult to get a parking spot with all the cars there, but managed to pull in. Also could not initially find the key drop box with instructions for returning, so that was a bit frustrating. I'm sure if returning when open it would have been a lot easier and quicker.
WALTER MI drove home to load the truck but couldn’t because it had a combination lock keeping me out. Had to call the location to get the combination. An inconvenience that could have easily been avoided.

THOMAS BIt would be nice if U-Haul could afford to upgrade the trucks. Or, at least had a priority type list of people who have rented with UHaul in the past or multiple rents in a specific time frame. I have rented about 4 times in the past 12 months and each of the trucks have all had well over 100K miles and are not the most pleasant to drive. I recognize the abuse they must take from some individuals, but it is never fun to drive. Thank you.
Thomas CI only rent from this location because of their availability and service. If they don’t have what I need at the time I will wait until it is available because they are so friendly and professional. Plus they have some really great cars to look at when I pick up and drop off

MICHELLE WThe trailer I rented was over 30 years old and obviously not been inspected in a long time. The leaf suspension was completely rusted out and it snapped on Sunday morning August 24 shortly after leaving Memphis. I thought it was just a tire, and when the man got there to change it, he pointed out that the trailer was no longer useable as is. So, the trailer had to be towed to another location, and I had to wait at this point, over 6 hours and counting for a moving company to come and move the contents to a better, useable trailer. Then, I had to wait another almost 2 hours for someone to come and hook it back up to my car. So, at this point, I had lost an entire day of travel, had to take an extra hotel night which was $130, and the whole day ended up wasted because of waiting. The woman who helped me get thinks rolling again at U-haul was very nice and very patient with what was at this point, a very unhappy customer. She offered me $30 for lunch, which I have not send in a receipt for, and in addition to that, I was given an extra day at no charge for the trailer, which I had no use for because when I set up the rental, I spared myself some extra time. Then, in VA, the first two place I tried to drop the trailer off at had no one working and noted on the front door with a phone number to call for assistance. When I went back to another office the following day, the man that took care of me was very rude and spoke to me as if I was 10 years old. "None of my guys here are mechanic and they probably couldn't even tell you what a leaf spring is." Between putting a tow kit on my car, renting the trailer, and an additional night in a hotel, my expenses were just under $1600. Needless to say, this whole experience with U-haul was terrible. I can honestly say, I will never use them again not will I recommend them. Oh, and one more thing, the burnt rubber left stains on some of my furniture and boxes, as well as ruining some old, classic family photos.

TERRY AWe arrived at 9am to get our trailer per our reservation and no one was there. Only the car dealer rep that stated he didn't handle U-Haul. He called guy that did and he said he couldn't get there for 30 mins!!! Ridiculous! My husband had to do everything online. The situation put us behind by 45 minutes on our morning timeline out of town to boot the trailer was horrible it was bouncing all over the road. Couldn't drive any faster than 55 to keep it calm. Literally had a truck driver honk and waved to us to bring it to our attention which we already knew. It seems that you should be checking your equipment out before renting it to others as it was a waste of money, our time, and safety issue!

ROBERT RWas given the run around to three different locations before getting one in Fountain Hills. Very time consuming and very inconvenient as well as a lot of wasted gas. When you make a reservation it should be honored.
PAUL LThe truck had brake issues, pick up was a disaster, as they had no clue I was arriving. They had not had the time to check in the truck or trailer. The man who handled uhaul was out, and others did not know what they were doing. The owner was very helpful, this was more of an issue with U-Haul than the pick up place. It was a lack of communicaiton on Uhauls part.

JOHN FI love that someone proactively contacted me twice. First time I didn't realize the app didn't properly reserve the truck, your app needs some work, but the second time someone contacted me, they asked if I wanted to pick it up from a closer location, we switched from a sprinter van to a 10-ft truck because they were the same price, they discounted the per mileage a little bit because the per mileage cost is higher with the 10-ft truck, but it ends up. It ends up. Needed the 10-ft truck anyway! It worked out amazing and they overall cost was so low. It was very well worth it! Picking it up and dropping it off was also an absolute breeze.
