I was told my rate would be adjusted as i planned to return the truck one day early by your employee in person with a witness and then found out that wasn't possible and j&p variety. The van rented on Mar 28th was clean, excellent condition. The van rented on Mar 24th was dirty inside and out, and in poor condition (rattling).MURIEL L.
States in the contract truck must be cleaned upon return. Why should I have to pick up a dirty truck with water bottles empty chip bags and used face masks shoved under and behind the seat. Should the mud not be clean out of the back of the truck? How about having the truck I ordered prepared for me? Or how about a discount because now I am forced to make more trips with a smaller vehicle at the same price. Vehicle needs help as the inside of the cab sounds like someone blowing a whistle constantly. The hard shift on the transmission causing the load to shift and things to move around even after they have been tied down. Horrible experience. Will never use your company again. Will never recommenced your service. Will go out of my way to make sure any family or friends do not use your vehicles or services.... it's Covid! At least insure that the inside of the cab is cleaned so I am not picking up an old face mask from someone else. I understand moving a house is stressful, hence why I thought a moving truck would make things a bit easier on me. Exact opposite.ANTHONY THOMAS V.

The windows and mirrors were so dirty I could hardly see anything and also being a shorter person and with a limited mobility I could not get into the truck should have been a side board or step to get up in it.Mickey G.

Drivers door wouldn't close properly. Vehicle had acceleration problems and needed to be serviced. Vehicle cab was really unclean, not properly sanitized. Mirrors weren't cleaned and trailer was dirty.Cody H.

we were given a price, returned the uhual a day and half early, when we returned it with out mobile phone we said no to the charges and why. they billed the CC anyway with the extra 75.00 . we booked with 1300 km, we returned it early with 1400 km used which is only 35.00 not 80 00 also we called the company and never received a call back. the uhual was great but would like to have had notice as to why the cost was almost 100.00 moreJames G.

Business opened 15 minutes late then was sent off to some parking lot to retrieve my trailer. Once there had to walk through deep snow to dig out trailer that was frozen to the ground and was dirty and not cleaned off of snow. Then to realize that the trailer lights didn't function at all.Adam B.
If your truck isn't working tell people before they get there. Had our truck booked at 10:30, plenty of time to tell us. We needed a truck, offered us a van. We had to wait for a truck return...at 3 to get a truck that I requested 8 says before. Asked about the other truck that was there and was told it was rented. Called us at noon that a truck was available. Went it was the truck he said we couldn't have because it was rented. It was COVERED in snow! Had to take half an hour to clear it off. Threw our whole day off. Then instead of 48 hours we got 46 hours and the gas tank wasn't filled. Lucky 2 weeks before we got better service because if it had been the other way around we wouldn't have rented again.Marco B.
Only issue which was not the locations fault but we signed up for auto pickup where you to wait for online approval to get keys. â€œContactlessâ€ We waited an hour , went inside to see if the location could help. They can't due to process. We waited in the car before having to chat with a rep before it finally approved the pickup. Long wait!!KEVINR T.

Made it very clear that I did not want their insurance coverage when signing in. However $15.00 plus tax was added to the final invoice for insurance. UHaul is refunding me but you need to pay attention to details.william M.
Make your website and what actually happens the same thing. I had to make 4 trips rather than 2 because where I wanted to pick up and drop off were not available. And when I called to find out why, I was cut off 3 times and finally put on hold for an extended period of time only to be told I had to contact another number to file my complaint!! I will not and anybody I know will not rent from you people!!!Ernie W.

The interior lights were not working for evening drop off. The engine light/alarm came on several times while driving on the 400 indicating service was needed. I believe the transmission. But this is the first time I have encountered these problems. Maybe it's a high volume time for rentals . The staff are good.SHARON ANN D.

Dropped off uhaul before opening. This is a reflection of our experience with uhaul overall. The truck also began heating up significantly during the move. It was a wholly awful experience.Ethan L.
The truck was so dirty with earth dust, so I had to clean it out. The bill include effectively 29 km as the car said, (I took pictures), but you charged the cost of 29 miles and the difference is about 10 dollars. I expect reimbursement of this money and take this comment in account for next customers.Jose A.

Rented in 2 occasions. Vehicles were clean however there was always something wrong once started the truck which made me questions safety. For example hissing sound when pressing on the gas and now lights in and right FF tire low. I was told it was okay and safe to drive. I did make it to the other city but unsure why in both o casinos truck has questionable issues???? Also requested drop off to a close location near home. I was referred to another location which was more downtown and felt I drove cross town when there was one about 6 minutes from me.Marcia R.
