Extremely friendly and very helpful. Went of their way to make sure we were looked after and that there was no issues. Fantastic site run by people who know what customer service is.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkProvided pictures of filthy truck with coffee , dirt, and foot remnants all over the floor. Never heard back from any manager. Worst filthy rental I have ever had. Will NEVER use uhaul again, and will ensure I post my displeasure to all social media sites . Piss poor customer follow up.
Andrew AThe employees unprofessionalism at this location has completely turned me off of ever renting a U-Haul or using their services again. Also the air in the tires was low, with a warning light the entire time. The employee drove off knowing there was issues because they were ‘in a hurry’. Purposely booked a half hour before closing not to run into these problems, and couldn’t believe (as someone who works in the customer service field), how many issues could have been avoided if the employee cared enough to do the absolute minimum during open, working hours. The terrible vehicle maintenance was not a surprise at all after the interaction. The only positive part of the experience was how easy your self drop off system is through the app. However, I will not be using your services again.
Allixandra MThe drive to where the truck is, is a little inconvenient, as it is not where you drop the key back off. But other than that, it was a good experience.
