Kj BCustomer service on the phone was not helpful at all. My pick up location was changed and 15 km further from my originally reserved pick up location. It’s a scam that I should have to pay for the extra km’s because U-Haul changed my reservation /pick up and drop off locations. I should have not been expected to pay for those extra km’s. The customer service agent did not care, and offer no assistance whatsoever I read poor reviews about U-Haul before I booked but now I regret booking and not taking the reviews into consideration. I will not use U-Haul in the future as what happened to me seems to be common practice with U-Haul. I will be sure to submit a google review to warn others of the poor service U-Haul offers
nicole lI can't answer some of these questions, because it was closed when we got there. But dropping off in Bracebridge for an additional $220 was the only option. If anything, it was a bit hard to see Cash Express from the road. I'm glad that phone maps are as accurate as they are, otherwise who knows how long I might have searched.
