I arrived around 8:45a for my pickup at 9a. The U-Haul app and website was having issues so I was on the phone with Uhaul service. I did not pickup my rental until 9:42a. The Uhaul had less than a half a tank of gas and I did not found out until later that one of the tires caps was missing which made the tire low.

It was not marked anywhere where the Uhaul's were located and the apartment complex was not in the greatest area. The lock to get the keys sucked. No human to help sucked.
Melissa MI wanted to express my dissatisfaction. I made an appointment to pick up the truck, but I checked in at 4:50 PM and when I went to speak to the attendant to get the keys it was exactly 5:00 PM and she was attending to a man about renting a house, leaving me waiting for almost 40 minutes. In other words, I got the keys at almost 5:30 PM. And when I went to return the truck (check out) it was 4:50 PM and they charged me for another day. I would like to be reimbursed, that is, to have one day's charge returned to me (u-Haul charged me another day, around $48). I don't think it's fair. Apart from this problem, which I hope will be resolved, the rest was very good, the truck was new and very practical.
