When making a reservation. Pickup should be at the starting location. I had to pick up the vehicle in Casper wy to start the trip in Cheyenne wy. This was a total of 178 miles. I was given a 100 dollar credit for fuel, it cost me 175 dollars to get to cheyenne to do the loading.
