They sent us out with a truck with a bald tire, which we didn't notice until we drove it about 100 miles. Drove another 40 miles to get to a town with a U Haul location where we were delayed 2 1/2 hours waiting for a guy to drive from a town an hour and a half away to come and replace the tire. there was a tire shop right down the street. That U Haul place said I would likely get a discount for all of the trouble, but no discount. I can't believe they sent a truck out with a bald tire. That is a major safety issue.

KAMELIA WThe truck was a little rough. The A/C only went through the defrost vent. The alinememt was terrible. Someone had already used the dolly. The truck had a fowl oder and the steering wheel was super sticky.

Melvin LWhen making a reservation. Pickup should be at the starting location. I had to pick up the vehicle in Casper wy to start the trip in Cheyenne wy. This was a total of 178 miles. I was given a 100 dollar credit for fuel, it cost me 175 dollars to get to cheyenne to do the loading.
